7/19/99 network troubles..:
backbone connection was interrupted during
7/16 thru 7/19. users could dial-in but were unable to browse the internet. the problems
are resolved and the connections are restored. we deeply apologize for your inconveniences
during these times.
1/13/99 dial-up server repair..:
1/13/99 photonic network dial-up
server was off line during 4pm to 8:30pm wednesday for maintenance. the work was completed
and currently operating normally.
12/20/98 dial-up server repair..:
12/20/98
photonic network dial-up server was off line during 5pm to 11pm saturday (12/19/98) to
repair hardware. the work was completed and currently operating normally.
12/15/98 photonic network experienced a gateway
error, so users could not access internet approximately 4pm monday(12/14/98) to 5:30pm
tuesday(12/15/98) the problem was fixed and currently operating normally. we
apologize to members for the inconveniences. we thank for member's support during these
times.
12/7/98 dial-up server up...

approximately 4pm saturday(12/5/98) to 11:30am sunday(12/6/98) the problem was fixed
and currently operating normally. we apologize to members for the inconveniences. if

our dial-up server was out of service due to system failure during
easter weekend, 6pm 4/11/98 to 12:00noon 4/12/98. now system is restored and back in
service. we appologize for the inconveniences. we will do our best to prevent even
the worst disruptions so that our customers can have continued connectivity.
